Responsibilities: - Build robust and scalable AI models to power the Career Pilot AI assistant. - Collaborate with the product and design teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Continuously improve the performance and accuracy of the AI models through experimentation and iteration. - Implement state-of-the-art natural language processing and machine learning techniques. - Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the AI infrastructure. - Contribute to the overall technical vision and roadmap of the product. Requirements: - Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. - Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. - Experience in building and deploying production-ready AI systems. - Familiarity with modern software engineering practices, including version control, testing, and deployment. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Passion for building innovative products that have a positive impact.
