Sunsky Logistics Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Ocean Freight Pricing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pricing strategies, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring competitive and accurate freight quotations for global ocean shipments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prepare competitive ocean freight pricing (FCL & LCL) for export/import shipments
- Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents for rate procurement
- Analyze market trends and update pricing strategies accordingly
- Handle RFQs, tenders, and spot rate requests from customers and sales teams
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and carriers
- Ensure timely and accurate quotation submission to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor profitability and cost optimization on freight movements
🔹 Key Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in Ocean Freight Pricing / Freight Forwarding
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and trade lanes
- Experience in handling carrier negotiations and rate contracts
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and pricing tools
