💼 Key Areas of Exposure
· Statutory and Tax Audits (IND AS and IGAAP Financial Statements)
· Income Tax Litigation – Assessments, Appeals & Search Seizure
· International Taxation & Transfer Pricing
· Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance (Income Tax, TDS, GST)
· Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting
· ROC filings and Company Law matters
· Independent Client handling across varied industries
