Role: Career Growth Counsellor - Real Estate
Location: Ahmedabad | On-site
Type: Full-Time
This is a premium counselling and admissions role for someone who enjoys conversations, follow-ups, relationship building, and performance-driven conversions.
At SIRE, you will guide aspiring real estate professionals and help them choose the right career growth path.
You will also get exposure to a growing real estate ecosystem of developers, channel partners, investors, entrepreneurs, professionals, events, and future industry leaders.
Preferred background:
- Education / EdTech / admissions / counselling
- Real estate sales or channel partner experience
- Premium hospitality, airline, luxury sales, banking, or relationship management
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong communication in English, Gujarati, and Hindi
- Hospitality or airline-standard grooming and professional presence
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Target and performance-driven mindset
- CRM, Excel, and reporting comfort
