Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Career Development Officer (EdTech Sales) role based in New Delhi. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing student counseling(sales), academic guidance, and career counseling to assist individuals in making informed decisions about their education and career paths. Responsibilities include understanding students' goals, offering personalized recommendations, and supporting them throughout their academic journey.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students and guide them in selecting suitable Online UG/PG programs from partner universities.
- Understand career goals and recommend the right academic pathways to drive enrollments.
- Manage lead nurturing through regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets through effective counseling and conversion.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth admissions and learner onboarding.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 0–1 year of experience in EdTech sales
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
