Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Development Specialist located in Noida. The Career Development Specialist will focus on providing personalized career counseling to students, guiding them through career pathways, and offering strategic coaching. Responsibilities include advising on job search strategies, delivering expert guidance on higher education and career options, and supporting students in building confidence and clarity in their career decisions.
Qualifications
- Career Development and Career Counseling skills to help guide students in identifying and achieving their goals
- Strong Communication and Coaching abilities to effectively engage with students and provide tailored advice
- Knowledge of Job Search Strategies to assist students in navigating opportunities and securing their desired roles
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide creative and practical solutions for career challenges
- Experience in the education or career counseling industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, education, psychology, or a related field
