Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Senior Admissions Counselor to join our team on site at our Delhi, OH location. The Senior Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students, providing personalized guidance on selecting suitable online education programs. Key responsibilities include assisting with the application and admission processes, understanding student needs to offer tailored educational solutions, building and maintaining relationships with students, and collaborating with our internal teams to deliver excellent service. The role also involves sharing expert advice on university programs and courses, contributing to the mission of making education accessible for all.
Qualifications
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication and overall Communication skills to effectively connect with prospective students and understand their needs.
- Strong Customer Service and Sales experience with a proven ability to guide clients to appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of the Education industry and trends, especially in the domain of online learning, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced work culture.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; advanced education or certifications in counseling, education, or a related area is a plus.
