Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Development Advisor located in Delhi, India. The Career Development Advisor will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in identifying suitable academic and career paths. Day-to-day tasks include providing career counseling, addressing customer queries, conducting career evaluations, assisting with educational program selection, and supporting customers throughout their decision-making process. Advisors will communicate via video and audio calls to deliver personalized assistance and ensure a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and understanding of educational pathways and market trends
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage and support aspiring students and professionals effectively
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess career opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations
- Passion for mentoring and empowering individuals to achieve their educational and career aspirations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; additional certifications in counseling or education-related domains are a plus
