Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Career Counselor (Fresher). The Career Counselor will assist individuals in navigating their career paths and achieving their professional goals. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one counseling, assessing skills and areas for development, guiding career planning, and helping clients overcome career challenges. The role involves regular communication with clients and may require creating personalized career strategies for individuals' success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
• Ability to provide Student Counseling and guidance tailored to individual needs
• Strong Communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear articulation
• A proactive and positive attitude towards helping others achieve their career aspirations
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for remote communication is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
