Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entry-Level Career Counselor located in Bengaluru. The Career Counselor will provide career guidance, support career development initiatives, and assist clients or students in making meaningful career decisions. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, offering career resources, and helping individuals identify their strengths, skills, and interests to align with career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience or knowledge in Student Counseling and providing career-related advice
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
