Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. As a Career Counselor, you will support students and professionals in identifying career goals, developing personalized career paths, and leveraging opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include one-on-one counseling, creating career development plans, providing guidance on job applications and interview preparation, and organizing workshops to enhance employability. You will also collaborate with mentorship teams to ensure a tailored and effective approach for each individual’s aspirations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Experience in Student Counseling and supporting personal and professional growth
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively guide and mentor diverse individuals
- Proficiency in managing career support tools and resources
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with clients
- Relevant certifications or degrees in counseling, education, or human resources are a plus
- Familiarity with the local employment market in the Greater Ahmedabad Area is highly desirable
