Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized career counseling to students and working professionals
- Understand candidates’ educational background, career goals, and aspirations
- Recommend suitable courses, certifications, and career pathways
- Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and virtual channels
- Manage the complete admission lifecycle: counseling, follow-ups, application, and enrollment
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM systems
- Build strong relationships with prospects through continuous engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market insights, and academic programs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience up to 3yrs (Prior experience in career counseling, academic counseling, EdTech, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong counseling, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
- Target-oriented with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Passion for guiding individuals in career decision-making
