Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role based in Erode. The Career Counselor will work directly with students to guide and support their academic and career growth. Responsibilities include one-on-one and group counseling sessions, assisting students in identifying career goals and opportunities, providing insights into career development strategies, and fostering students' personal and professional growth. The Career Counselor will also collaborate with educators and staff to create programs that enhance career readiness and support the school's mission.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Career Counseling and Career Development to guide students effectively toward their professional goals.
- Knowledge of Career Management and Student Counseling to foster academic and career progression.
- Strong Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and staff clearly and effectively.
- Ability to build trust and provide guidance in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in educational counseling or a similar role is advantageous.
