Key Responsibilities
🎯 Career Counseling
• Guide students on career paths, courses, and universities
• Understand student profiles (academics, interests, budget)
• Provide personalized counseling sessions (call/video/in-person)
• Assist with application process, documentation, and timelines
• Build long-term relationships with students and parents
📈 Business Development
• Generate leads via calls, social media, referrals, and partnerships
• Convert inquiries into enrollments
• Follow up with prospective students regularly
• Maintain CRM and track lead status
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns, webinars, and outreach programs
Required Skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and sales ability
• Basic understanding of education/career pathways
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple students/leads simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in Education, Business, or Psychology
• Experience in EdTech / Study Abroad / Counseling / Sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms
