Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Gurgaon / Delhi. The Career Counselor will guide students in exploring career options, provide expert advice on study abroad opportunities, and help students identify suitable educational institutions based on their profiles and goals. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing student needs, developing individualized action plans, and preparing students for university applications. The counselor will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless placement processes for students.
Qualifications
- Counsel prospective students on study abroad destinations like UK / Australia / New Zealand / Europe by understanding their academic background, career goals, and budget considerations.
- Suggest relevant universities, courses, and destinations based on eligibility and student preferences.
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects to drive enrolments, while addressing basic queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, application progress, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on university offerings, admission requirements, and visa regulations across key destinations.
