Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Chennai. The Career Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in determining the most suitable international education programs based on their interests, capabilities, and career goals. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth counseling sessions, assisting students in navigating the application and admission processes, and providing advice on visa requirements. The role also involves staying up to date with the latest trends in international education to offer informed and tailored recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Career Counseling (UK / Australia / NZ), Career Development, and Career Management
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and a proven ability to guide students toward their educational goals
- Effective Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and educators
- Ability to research and stay informed about international educational programs and opportunities
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or certification in counseling is advantageous
- Familiarity with study abroad application and visa processes is a plus Min 1 Year of Experience
