Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will actively assist students in identifying their career goals and developing individualized plans for academic and professional growth. Responsibilities include providing career counseling and guidance, supporting career development initiatives, managing career management strategies, and offering personalized student counseling. Additionally, the Career Counselor will facilitate workshops, provide resources, and maintain strong communication with students and other stakeholders to ensure they make informed career decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Student Counseling, and Career Development techniques
• Experience in Career Management and guiding students through career planning processes
• Strong Communication skills to effectively connect with students, parents, and faculty
• Empathy, active listening, and the ability to develop trustful relationships with students
• Familiarity with academic and career trends in IIT-JEE and NEET domains is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Professional certifications in career counseling or guidance are an added advantage
• Prior experience in an educational institution or coaching environment is desirable
