Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will be responsible for helping students explore career options, setting realistic career goals, and creating actionable development plans. Additional tasks include conducting individualized counseling sessions, providing expert advice on career paths, and facilitating workshops or group sessions focused on career guidance and skill-building. The counselor will also foster communication and collaboration with students, parents, and staff to ensure student success and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Experience in Student Counseling and providing personalized guidance for career growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse audiences
- Proficiency in organizing and conducting workshops or group sessions
- Knowledge of latest trends in the sports and fitness industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Approachable demeanor and ability to build trust with students
