Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Bengaluru. The Career Counselor will provide personalized guidance and support to students in career planning, development, and decision-making. Responsibilities include helping students identify their skills, exploring suitable career paths, organizing career development workshops, and offering advice on academic and professional opportunities. The counselor will also collaborate with the faculty to ensure students are prepared to meet the demands of the corporate world.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management.
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and providing tailored guidance to meet individual needs.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and convey information effectively.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, faculty, and industry professionals.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in career advising or educational counseling services is preferred.
- Up-to-date knowledge of career trends, job market requirements, and development practices.
