Job Description:
Lead Conversion (K1 Stage) ● Manage the conversion of leads into admission test registrations/application fee payments. ● Ensure all new leads are contacted promptly through calls, WhatsApp, email, and automated follow-up journeys. ● Track conversion metrics: Lead → Registration → Test-taker. ● Responsible to make outbound calls to manage and convert leads. ● Be an interface between ISFB and the prospective candidates and provide in-depth information to prospective leads, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat and social media. ● Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue and enrollments ● Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline ● Be responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management. ● Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the Manager in order to optimize lead closure. ● Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded Qualifications ● 3+ years in inside sales, admissions, or edtech sales. ● Experience of high-volume B2C sales funnels, preferably in education/admissions. ● High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management ● Ability to influence and negotiate with customers at all levels. ● Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email & face to face). ● Ability to establish/maintain credibility with all customers.
