Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role based in New Delhi, Dehradun and Bangalore. The Career Counselor will guide learners and professionals in identifying suitable career paths, setting realistic goals, and creating actionable development plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing group workshops, and providing support on resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies. The role involves collaborating with academic and placement teams to align career guidance with program outcomes and market trends. The Career Counselor will track learner progress, maintain accurate counseling records, and provide ongoing feedback to help individuals make informed career decisions.
Qualifications
- Ability to provide Career Counseling and support Career Development for diverse learner profiles.
- Experience in Career Management, including goal setting, planning, and monitoring career progress.
- Background in Student Counseling, with capability to address academic, professional, and transition-related concerns.
- Strong Communication skills for conducting sessions, delivering workshops, and engaging with stakeholders.
- Relevant degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience working with early- and mid-career professionals in education, training, or career services settings.
- Ability to analyze labor market trends and translate them into practical guidance for learners.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms to manage counseling interactions and track outcomes.
