Career Counselor
We are hiring a Career Counselor to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The role requires a strong sales mindset along with the ability to guide and mentor students in making informed career decisions.
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: Minimum 1 year in EdTech sales (mandatory)
CTC: Up to 9 LPA + Variables
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students on courses, career paths, and learning opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, and convert them into enrollments
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales is mandatory
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-driven with a proven track record of conversions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
