Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor, based in Panipat. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, assisting them with career decisions, and offering educational counseling. The role involves engaging with students and their families, understanding their aspirations, and recommending appropriate solutions or programs to meet their goals. The individual will also ensure a high level of customer service while maintaining records and following up with students to monitor progress.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide and assist students with their academic and career choices.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Background in Education and understanding of the academic landscape to provide informed advice and recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust and rapport with students and their families.
- Prior experience as a student or career counselor is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field; a counseling certification is a plus.
