🚀 We Are Hiring: Careers Counsellor
📍 Remote | Full-Time | EdTech
At Digimation Flight ., we are on a mission to help students build successful careers in AI, Data Science, Digital Marketing, and Emerging Technologies through industry-focused training and internship programs.
We are looking for driven sales professionals who enjoy interacting with students, guiding them in career decisions, and closing high-intent opportunities.
Role Highlights
• Consultative sales with students and young professionals
• Monthly sales targets (during probation: 4–5× of monthly salary)
• 100% target = full salary | Overachievement = extra incentives
• Work on high-intent leads from webinars, communities & marketing campaigns
• Strong support from marketing, operations & training teams
Who We’re Looking For
• Graduates with 6 months –3 years experience (Sales / EdTech preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion & closing skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated professionals
• Comfortable with calls, follow-ups and consultative selling
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
💰 Compensation: Up to ₹15,000/month + incentives
💼 CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA (after probation)
