Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will guide students and professionals in selecting suitable academic and career pathways, providing personalized counseling through one-on-one sessions and group discussions. Responsibilities also include career planning, assisting with applications, and addressing student inquiries to support their educational and professional development goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management to effectively guide individuals in achieving their professional objectives
- Competency in Student Counseling and offering tailored advice to address unique educational and career aspirations
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, empathize, and convey information effectively
- Ability to assess individual skills, interests, and goals to provide relevant educational and career recommendations
- Experience in the education or counseling sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field is required; advanced qualifications will be advantageous
- Proficiency in managing student databases and using basic technological tools is desirable
