Role Description
CDA Academy is seeking a full-time Career Counselor to provide guidance and support to students and professionals in their career development journey. This hybrid role is based in Kochi, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. The Career Counselor will conduct career counseling sessions, offer advice on education and career paths, assist in creating personalized career development plans, and develop resources and workshops to aid in career management. Additionally, the counselor will act as a key point of contact for students' queries and provide individualized support to help them achieve their professional goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Proficiency in Student Counseling, with a compassionate and student-focused approach
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and build rapport with individuals
- Ability to design and implement workshops, career planning sessions, and skill development initiatives
- Experience or knowledge of the digital marketing or education sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- A strong commitment to helping individuals achieve personal and professional success
