🚨 We’re Hiring | Investment Banking Counsellor – EdTech
📍 Noida, Sector 4 | Full-Time / Internship | Immediate Joiners Preferred

**The Role: Investment Banking Counsellor**
You’ll be the first point of contact for learners who dream of building a career in Investment Banking. Your role is to understand their goals, counsel them on the right learning path, and help them take the first step toward a successful finance career.
**What You’ll Do:**
✅ Counsel prospective learners interested in Investment Banking and finance careers
✅ Understand learner aspirations and recommend the right program
✅ Manage and follow up on leads with consistency and professionalism
✅ Convert inquiries into enrolments by building trust and confidence
✅ Collaborate with the academic team for smooth learner onboarding
✅ Maintain CRM records and achieve weekly/monthly targets
**We’re Looking For:**
🎓 **Freshers / Interns are welcome**
💼 0–1 year of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, finance counselling, or student-facing roles (preferred)
💬 Strong communication skills in English + Hindi
📈 Interest in finance, Investment Banking, and career counselling
🎯 Target-driven mindset with a passion for helping learners grow
📊 Basic comfort with CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets
📋 Any Bachelor’s degree (Finance/Commerce background is a plus)
