Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will provide personalized guidance to students and their families regarding academic and career choices in the medical field. Daily responsibilities include assessing students' educational backgrounds, offering expert advice on college and course selections, aiding with NEET or other career-related platforms, and providing documentation and process guidance. The candidate will also organize counseling sessions and assist students in understanding admissions requirements and timelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Experience in guiding and supporting students through the admissions or career planning processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for building trustful relationships with students and parents
- Ability to provide clear, accurate, and timely information to candidates regarding career and academic decisions
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing counseling processes and admission timelines
- Prior experience in medical or educational consultancy is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
