Student Success Manager (Counsellor)

Role Summary:
The Student Success Manager (Counsellor) will be responsible for managing the complete student journey — from counselling and university applications to visa processing and enrollment. The role requires strong counselling skills, student relationship management, and a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities
- Guide students through applications, admissions, and visa processes
- Handle end-to-end student recruitment cycle
- Support students for destinations such as Germany, Ireland, France, Italy, etc.
- Coordinate with universities, embassies, and internal teams
- Maintain student records and follow-up activities
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Achieve enrollment and conversion targets
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Overseas Education/Study Abroad
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
