Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Career Counselor role located in Bhubaneswar. The Career Counselor will guide students in identifying suitable academic and career pathways, assess their goals, and provide advice on course selection and university options. The role involves facilitating career development conversations, assisting with applications, supporting scholarship and visa processes, and providing personalized counseling to build student confidence. The counselor will collaborate closely with students to ensure their educational aspirations align with their long-term career objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management to guide students effectively in their academic and professional journeys.
- Strong expertise in Student Counseling to assess individual needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear interactions with students, parents, and university representatives.
- Ability to connect with diverse groups and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in educational consulting or counseling is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required; certification in career counseling is a plus.
