💼 The Role: Admission Counsellor -
In this role, you won't just be selling; you will be transforming lives by guiding prospective students and working professionals toward the right academic and career pathways.
📍 Locations: Bangalore & Noida / Remote
💰 Salary Package: ₹5.0 LPA to ₹6.5 LPA + Performance Incentives (#onsite)
3 LPA to 3.3 LPA (#Remote)
Key Focus: Consultative, high-ticket sales, converting premium leads into enrollments.
Responsibilities: Provide personalized career counseling, manage a robust sales pipeline (inbound & cold calling), exceed monthly targets, and maintain CRM records.
Work Structure: 6 days a week (Work from Office) with rotational weekly offs.
🎯 What We Are Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (Education, Psychology, or related fields is a plus).
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in academic counseling, high-ticket sales, or premium product selling.
Skills: Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and CRM skills.
Language: Mandatory fluency in English and Hindi.
