Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Career Counselor to join our team at EkasCloud. The ideal candidate should have experience in course selling, student counseling, and handling basic accounts-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and professionals regarding IT courses (Cloud, DevOps, AI, etc.)
Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable training programs
Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups
Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Maintain student records and basic accounts-related work (fee tracking, payment follow-ups)
Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in course selling / education counseling
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of accounts handling / fee management
Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel
Passion for helping students build careers
Preferred:
Experience in EdTech / IT training industry
Knowledge of Cloud Computing courses (AWS, DevOps, AI)
