Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Career Counselor at EkasCloud, located in Chennai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Career Counselor will guide learners in their career development, provide career counseling and guidance, and support individuals in identifying their goals and creating actionable career plans. The role also includes engaging with students, offering tailored advice, and effectively communicating career opportunities within the Cloud and AI domains.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management to support individuals in crafting personalized career plans
- Expertise in Student Counseling to guide diverse learners and address their educational and professional aspirations
- Strong Communication skills to provide clear, effective, and empathetic counseling and mentorship
- Ability to build strong supportive relationships with learners
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies and career trends in the tech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Career Development, Psychology, or a related field
- Prior experience in similar roles is advantageous
