Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Career Counselor based in Chennai, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Career Counselor will assist students and professionals by providing personalized career guidance, helping them explore appropriate career paths, and designing tailored development plans. The role involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, evaluating skill gaps, offering career advice, and supporting individuals in achieving their professional goals. The counselor will collaborate with internal teams to align career plans with EkasCloud's structured training programs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Experience in Student Counseling and providing relevant study plans
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships
- Proven ability to assess individual strengths and align personalized career paths
- Familiarity with cloud computing and IT training trends is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Previous experience in a career counseling or advisory role is preferred
