Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Career Counselor – EkasCloud in Chennai. The Career Counselor will work closely with students and professionals to guide them in career planning, development, and progression within the Cloud and AI domains. Daily responsibilities include conducting career counseling sessions, providing guidance on certifications, offering personalized career strategies, supporting students in their learning journey, and advising on career growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Experience in Student Counseling and supporting career progression
- Strong Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to build rapport with clients to understand their career goals and ambitions
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing, DevOps, or AI sectors is a plus
- A background in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Passion for mentoring and guiding individuals toward achieving their career aspirations
