- Handle inbound and outbound calls for student counselling
- Guide students on courses, admissions, and career paths
- Convert leads into enrollments
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM and follow-ups
- Build strong student relationships
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Inside sales / telecalling experience
- Lead conversion objection handling
- Target-driven mindset
- Counselling / EdTech experience (preferred)
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Experience: 6 months to 5 years in sales
- Age: Up to 32 years
- Comfortable with 6-day working
