Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide career counselling and guidance to students and professionals.
✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert enquiries into admissions.
✅ Understand students' aspirations and recommend suitable courses and career pathways.
✅ Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
✅ Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and lead interactions in the CRM.
✅ Build strong relationships through excellent communication and support.
✅ Achieve counselling and admission targets.
Requirements
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Career Counselling.
✔ Graduate in any discipline.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Fluent in spoken and written English.
✔ Strong counselling, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
✔ Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
