We are growing rapidly and are now expanding our team to service institutional (schools) partnerships across Delhi NCR.
Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and empathetic Career Counsellors to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with students and parents primarily through school partnerships to help young minds make informed, confident decisions about their academic and professional futures. Key Responsibilities
• Administer and interpret IAP psychometric assessments (Interest, Aptitude & Personality) with students from Class 8 to Class 12.
• Conduct one-on-one and group career counselling sessions in schools and at our office in-person and online.
• Guide students on stream selection (Science / Commerce / Arts) based on data-backed insights and personal goals.
• Support students and families navigating college admissions for India (JEE, NEET, CUET) and international universities.
• Assist in developing and delivering age appropriate career education workshops and seminars at partner schools.
• Maintain detailed session notes, progress reports, and student records using our internal tools.
• Collaborate with the senior counselling team to develop customised career roadmaps for students.
• Stay current with trends in higher education, entrance examinations, and global admissions processes.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with students, parents, and school faculty.
• Contribute to content creation like blogs, student resources, and social media on career and education topics.
Qualifications & Experience
Education (Required) :
• Master's degree in Psychology (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology (minimum)
• Additional certifications in counselling, career development, or education technology are a plus
Experience :
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in career counselling, education, teaching, or a related field
• Freshers with the right attitude and genuine passion are warmly encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in a school, coaching institute, or Ed-tech company is advantageous
Skills & Personal Attributes
Must-Have :
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
• Warm, empathetic, and genuinely student-centric approach
• Strong listening skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to explain complex ideas in simple, relatable terms
• High level of integrity and professional confidentiality
Great to Have :
• Familiarity with psychometric tools (e.g., IAP, MBTI, Holland Codes)
• Knowledge of Indian Universities entrance landscape (JEE, NEET, CUET)
• Awareness of global admissions processes (Common App, UCAS)
• Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace
• Active interest in self-development, reading, and education trends
