Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Career Counsellor who can guide students while also driving sales conversions. The role involves understanding student needs, providing suitable course guidance, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:- Counsel students/working professionals about career options and courses
- Handle inbound & outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, or emails
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable programs
- Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
- Provide post-counselling support to ensure student satisfaction
