Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth career counselling sessions with prospective students/clients to understand their educational background, skills, interests, and career goals.
- Provide expert guidance on various IT career paths, industry trends, and relevant certifications, aligning them with our offerings.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our programs and services, addressing questions and overcoming objections effectively.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and diligent follow-up, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to optimize counselling strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the IT industry and career counselling best practices.
About Company: We are one of the largest Cisco training institutes in the world for Cisco certification training programs. We provide training in various courses such as CCIE, CCNP & CCNA.
