Role Description
The Career Counsellor (Fresher) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include offering guidance to individuals about career planning, development, and management, while addressing their career-related queries. The role involves counseling students and professionals to help them understand their skills, set realistic career goals, and explore potential career opportunities. Additionally, the role requires effective communication to provide personalized recommendations and support clients' long-term success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management.
- Experience or interest in Student Counseling and assisting individuals with personalized career assessments.
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals and build trust.
- Ability to actively listen and provide solutions tailored to the client’s aspirations and challenges.
- Adaptability and willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Relevant educational background or coursework in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
