Role Description
The Career Counsellor will guide and support prospective students in making informed decisions about their educational and career goals. Responsibilities include understanding individual needs, providing program recommendations, addressing inquiries, assisting with enrollment procedures, and maintaining a thorough understanding of UNIVO’s offerings. The counsellor will collaborate with academic and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and excellent service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Career counselling and advising skills to guide students academically and professionally.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of online education platforms and programs.
- Experience in guiding diverse learner groups, academic program recommendations, and enrollment support.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, active listening, and empathetic interactions.
- Previous experience in education counselling or student advisory roles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or related field preferred.
