We are hiring Career Counsellors and Senior Career Counsellors for a leading education platform. The role involves guiding prospective students and driving enrollments through effective counseling and sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding courses and career opportunities
Handle leads and convert them into enrollments
Maintain regular follow ups with prospects
Achieve individual sales targets
Provide accurate information about programs and services
Maintain records of student interactions
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate mandatory
Age up to 32 years
Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in hardcore sales
Open to candidates from all industries
Strong communication and convincing skills
