Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Chennai. The Career Counselor will be responsible for guiding and advising students regarding academic and career decisions, assessing their interests and skills, and helping them identify suitable educational and career paths. The role also involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, holding workshops on career development, and collaborating with faculty and parents to support students' professional growth.
Qualifications
- Skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Expertise in Student Counseling and providing personalized guidance
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with students, parents, and faculty
- Understanding of current industry trends and job market requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in education, counseling, or career guidance contexts is a plus
