Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Career Counsellor for an on-site role based in Gurugram. The Career Counsellor will be responsible for providing personalized career guidance to students and parents, assisting with academic and career planning, and offering actionable, long-term strategies.
The role includes conducting one-on-one counselling sessions, supporting students in identifying suitable career pathways, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. The counsellor will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective program delivery and student outcomes.
Additionally, the role involves visiting partner schools to conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and engage directly with students and parents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in counselling or student guidance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students and parents
- Demonstrated ability to provide structured, personalized guidance based on individual needs
- Ability to work with both students and parents in a thoughtful and empathetic manner
- Relevant certifications in career counselling or guidance (preferred)
- High ownership and a genuine interest in mentoring young learners
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Work Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (3rd & 5th Saturday off)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
