About the Role
We are hiring a confident and persuasive Tele-Recruiter to connect with job-seeking leads and guide them through overseas career opportunities in Dubai. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates, building trust and helping them understand the benefits of working abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads interested in Dubai job opportunities
- Explain job roles, salary packages, visa process, and benefits clearly
- Handle candidate queries and objections confidently
- Convince and convert qualified leads into confirmed applicants
- Follow up regularly via calls/WhatsApp until candidate is placed
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with the documentation/visa team for shortlisted candidates
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language a plus)
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or recruitment preferred
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
