Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Career Coach Intern to support our Lead Career Coach in delivering high-quality career services. This role is ideal for someone interested in career coaching, recruitment, and professional development.
The intern will play a key role in job application management, profile enhancement, and research, helping clients improve their chances of securing the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in applying to jobs on behalf of clients across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, company portals, etc.)
- Customize and tailor resumes and cover letters based on job requirements
- Conduct job and company research aligned with client profiles and goals
- Support in profile building (LinkedIn optimization, portfolio suggestions, etc.)
- Maintain and update application trackers and documentation
- Coordinate with the Lead Career Coach on strategy and execution
- Analyze job descriptions and identify key skill gaps or alignment areas
- Ensure timely follow-ups on applications and responses
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to analyze job descriptions and match profiles
- Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed (preferred)
- Basic understanding of resume writing and career paths
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and MS Office
- Highly organized with good time management skills
