We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate leads and onboard candidates who are actively seeking job opportunities in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with candidates/students looking for US job opportunities
Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, job boards, and networking
Present company services and conduct introductory calls
Convert qualified leads into successful onboardings
Achieve monthly lead generation and onboarding targets
Requirements
6 months – 4 years experience in Business Development / Lead Generation / Sales
Experience in Recruitment, Staffing, HR, or BPO preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven with ability to work in US shift
