Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Career Advisor for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The Career Advisor will work closely with clients to provide guidance on career strategies, conduct career counseling sessions, help prepare resumes, and offer interview coaching. This role involves identifying job opportunities, collaborating with hiring companies, and ensuring that candidates are matched with suitable roles. The ideal candidate will stay updated on industry trends and work to build strong relationships with jobseekers and organizations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in career counseling, resume building, and interview coaching
- Strong knowledge of job placement strategies and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze job market trends and align them with client needs
- Experience in collaborating with hiring managers and companies
- Proficiency in time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in career services, recruitment, or staffing is highly advantageous
