Role Description
The Career Advisor is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The role involves providing career guidance to students, developing individualized career plans, assisting with resume writing and interview preparation, and organizing workshops and seminars. The Career Advisor will collaborate with the placement team, conduct outreach to potential industry partners, and help match candidates with suitable job opportunities in the Clinical Research field.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for career counseling and building relationships with students and industry professionals.
- Experience in career advising, workforce development, or talent acquisition, preferably in the Clinical Research or healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with resume building, interview preparation, and creating job placement strategies.
- Ability to organize and manage career-oriented events such as workshops, seminars, and career fairs.
- Proficiency in project management and multitasking with attention to detail.
- Understanding of the Clinical Research industry or similar fields is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Career Development, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
